A challenging position as Team Assistant is now available within the Project and Development Services Division. The person we are looking for will guarantee the smooth running of the entire Division, providing high-level administrative support, including assistance for business-linked activities.

The team, composed of Engineers and Architects, offers a wide range of technical services designed for end users as well as investors and developers, with the objective to manage every stage of the strategic, design and construction process related to development, construction and renovation projects for any type of building.

What this job involves

  • Performing all the administrative activities linked to the single projects managed by each Project Manager/Building Surveyor within the team, such as tenders management, site accounting, documentation site, contracts, proposals ecc.

  • Communication: preparing internal communications, documenting and recording information, handling information requests

  • Performing general office duties, such as ordering supplies, assisting team members with IT&tel needs, making travel arrangements, managing claim expenses, supervising absences of the team members ecc.

  • Department accounting: preparing and filling in statistical reports, purchase orders, financial statements and other documents; preparing invoices, checking client's payments ecc.

  • Filing and retrieving corporate documents, records, forms and reports, while ensuring quality of internal processes​

Required Qualifications

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in similar positions

  • Be a self-starter and self-motivated

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English (English level C1 – fluent)

  • Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Service orientation (actively looks for ways to help people)

  • Time management (own time and the time of others)

  • Ability to multi-task and problem solving, working and succeeding also under pressure

  • Accuracy, attention to detail, organizational/prioritization skills and general

  • This job requires displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude and being sensitive to others' needs and feelings, being diplomatic and managing well balanced relationship with all the members of the team
