Retail Agency is a team of experts in retail intelligence, pre-leasing and leasing activities, feasibility studies and a wide range of services for High Streets Retail, Shopping Centres and Retail Parks; in addition, we work in Tenant Representation for many best in class retailers, supporting them in their expansion plans.
We are looking for a new Retail Agent to further strengthen our presence on the shopping centres and retail parks market and to contribute managing our prime ongoing mandates on the Italian market.
What this job involves
As a member of the Retail Agency team, you will be handling shopping centres/retail parks instructions and will contribute to the business growth
You will take care of ongoing mandates, consolidate current business, as well as supporting new acquisitions and cross activities within the team and with other JLL teams
You will act as a point of contact with landlords for shopping centres/retail parks instructions, liaising directly with them over the phone and in person
You will act as point of contact with retailers and proactively develop relevant relationships
You will negotiate and finalize deals with Landlords and Tenants, achieving the best possible outcome for clients at all times
You will coordinate with colleagues on a regular basis to ensure business objectives are met and client objectives are achieved
You will contribute in reporting to landlords, both through documents and meetings, the leasing progresses and outputs
You will collaborate with your team on cross – sector projects, as well as with the other JLL business lines on cross-selling opportunities and with the Research Department for data/info collection

Proven negotiation skills (leases, figures) and retail real estate environment understanding is a must
At least 4 yrs experience in Shopping Centres and Retail Parks leasing roles and other experiences in the retail real estate field
Commercially minded with excellent communication skills, good at building team relationships and able to network within the retail real estate community
Ability to demonstrate proactivity and problem solving attitude in demanding situations
Excellent personal and professional standing
Enthusiasm, high energy level and target orientation
A natural team player with high efficiency in reporting and related software (PPT, Excel)
At least an intermediate fluency in English, both written and spoken
"Agente d'affari in mediazione" qualification is preferable
