Following the interest shown by NEXITY International - French Developer - for the development of a first major logistics development on Italian territory, The Industrial & Logistics Department has sought and selected one of the best location located in northern Italy, in the intersection of two European corridors - Corridor 5 and TENT24.
The department has conducted a thorough investigation of the market, which helped to produce a report and a recommendation to the client NEXITY International, essential for obtaining board approval and for authorization to open a speculative development. The department has assisted NEXITY in all stages of negotiations obtaining interesting saving compared to initial figures and a special extension of payments.
The excellent work made it possible to retain the customer NEXITY International, which has launched a parallel negotiation with the investor Commerce Real for the sale of the whole Logistics Park, being represented by the Department of Capital Markets.
In addition, the department Logistics & Industrial is currently busy working on the final stages of marketing for the letting of storage spaces, which has led to the definition of lease contracts with groups such as LIDL Italia Srl, company active in GDO; STEP S.p.A. - outsourcing firm - and CAPOZI S.p.A.- active in the transportation and warehousing of goods for GDO.
