Serravalle Retail Park

Serravalle Retail Park, ItalyThe first phase was opened in October 2007 and represents the most recent addition to the italian mainest retail offer, joining the established Designer Outlet Center and the Finiper Shopping Center.

It's no wonder then that some of international leading brands - including Decathlon, Unieuro, Pittarello, Sasch, Toys Center, etc - have already established in this first phase. A second phase opened November 2008 with DIY Self and Antico Artigiano and will be completed later this year.

Comprising 27,700 sqm of floor space across 20 units, Serravalle Retail Park has got over 2,300 car parking spaces. Shoppers travel from up to 150 km away to stop at Serravalle, a catchment area that counts 10 ml inhabitants. There are also proposals for a further third phase, and include plans for up to 15,000 sqm of additional retail space, a piazza food court area, a high-quality hotel and an extensive residential developments.
