Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels was instructed by HotelPlan on an exclusive basis to sell their portfolio, which included Hotels in Greece, Spain, France and the Corte dei Butteri Hotel in Tuscany, Italy. 

A 4 star hotel located in an excellent position (south Tuscany) with 87 rooms, private beach on a 7 hectares plot of land. 

It was the first mid-market transaction for Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Milan. 
We mainly approached small to medium sized domestic hotel companies, which were active in the mid-market resort sector, by undertaking a bespoke marketing campaign supported by hard copy brochures and web-mail. The competitive bidding process was run electronically providing a secure and easy to access web-based data room, which was highly appreciated by the client and the buyer

The investor, Aurum Hotels, is a Naples based group which acquired the hotel for circa €10.5 million or €120,000 per room.  The successful sale of Corte dei Butteri proves the effectiveness of our pan-European platform as the sale was coordinated by the Barcelona office and carried out in four different countries with the involvement of four Jones Lang LaSalle hotels offices (Barcelona, Paris, Milan, London).
