Upon exclusive instruction to identify a new building in a short to medium term which would cope with the client's requirements, our Tenant Representation team accurately defined a state of the art accommodation brief introducing a building with international Grade-A characteristics which exceeds all standards of the actual Milan market pipeline.
The team conducted an in-depth market search in the Eastern part of Milan considering existing, development and green field/built to suit opportunities. The list was thereafter narrowed down to six options which were carefully analysed under financial and technical criteria and the most optimal solution was selected.
