Etrusco Palace Hotel Arezzo

Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels was instructed by a private company to sell the four-star Etrusco Palace Hotel through a share deal. Located in the commercial and fair district of Arezzo, the hotel features 80 rooms, 8 meeting rooms, a restaurant and a bar.

The Etrusco was considered the historical business property in the Arezzo market, and was very well known both to business and leisure clientele.

Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels conducted a targeted marketing campaign identifying a significant number of potential buyers, mainly among Italian small chains and private owners. Our team used typical marketing tools for larger assets, such as webmail, dataroom, hard copy brochures, introducing a completely new approach for the Italian mid market segment.

Our team supported the owner in the entire deal negotiation, facilitating buyer’ and seller’ requests in terms of deal structuring, refurbishment, staff and management structuring, until the full completion of the sale and purchase agreement.

The deal closed in March 2009 with the party identified at the level of price expected by the vendor.
