Sale of Hotel Majestic, Sansicario, Turin, Italy

Main Italian Lessor Unicredit Leasing S.p.A. completed the sale of Hotel Majestic Sansicario, to a primary Italian Mid Market Operator

Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels is pleased to announce the sale of the Hotel Majestic, Sansicario, Turin.  The 145 roomed ski resort, located in ski district of Sansicario, has been acquired by Bluserena S.p.A., an Italian Mid Market Resort Owner and Operator, who will operate the asset under Bluserena Clubs & Hotels brand.

Fabrizio Trimarchi, Vice President Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, Italy said: “Completion of this sale is part of the wider re-launch of the Sansicario skiing district, thanks to the commitment of public and private actors involved on the field. The sale, completed by a national buyer and operator, indicates interest for assets with upside potential achievable through marketing and network sales”.
The hotel – which offers most of the ski resort facilities including a large restaurant, a fitness centre, a wellness area with indoor pool, minclub and parking – was built in 2006 during the Winter Olympic Games held in Piedmont. The sale of the real estate asset was conducted on a vacant possession basis.

The lawyer firm Studio Catavello, with the senior lawyer Avv. Giancarlo Catavello, assisted the transaction on behalf of Unicredit Leasing S.p.A..
