JLL supported Wagamama entering the Italian market

In the end of 2015, the Retail Agency Team of JLL Italy was assigned by Wagamama, the British based restaurant brand serving Japanese inspired -Asian food, the exclusive mandate for the search for a franchise partner in their entrance within the Italian market.

An agreement has been recently signed with Percassi Food&Beverage, the Percassi holding active in the F&B industry. The first restaurant is planned to open in Milan, with more restaurants to be opened in the future throughout the country. Wagamama presently has more than 150 restaurants in 17 different countries, providing fresh delicious meals across the globe.

Brian Johnston, Managing Director of Wagamama International, stated: "Italy has been identified as an important market for the brand, we are delighted to be working together with the Percassi group on this exciting project. The cooperation between Wagamama and the team at JLL Italy has been extremely positive throughout the whole process".
