(EU) 2016/679 (henceforth "Regulation") and of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree no. 101/2018 (“Data Protection Code”), we take our responsibility to protect the personal information provided to us seriously. This statement explains how we do that, in our data controller capacity. It sets out what we do with the personal information we hold, how we protect it, and it explains your privacy rights (if applicable).

We rely upon a number of different legal bases for processing personal information and special category personal data – these include processing personal information where it is in our legitimate interests to do so, where this is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract or where the processing is necessary to carry out our obligations under employment law. We commit to maintaining the deployment of appropriate security to protect personal information wherever it is located, and whether it is in electronic or manual form. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting, however, the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal. We endeavor to keep your information for as long as we need it to fulfill the above-listed purposes, and in any case for the whole duration of the contractual relationship, where applicable. We will then delete it safely and securely. Checks on the obsolescence of the personal data retained in relation to the abovementioned purposes for which they have been collected are periodically carried out.
