What these jobs involve
Promoting our services & developing our business
Working as part of a team, you will be selling our service to clients and prospects. These include local companies and global corporations. New business development is a vital part of the role: you'll take part in cold calling and help converting calls to meetings and new business wins.
Delivering core real estate services
You'll report directly to our senior team leaders. As well as sales, acquisitions and rents, you'll be involved in all aspects of evaluating, negotiating and providing real estate services. You'll also take part in client meetings and property tours and you'll meet landlords, developers, appraisers and brokers; you'll work with the other team members to develop new business proposals and follow-up materials, such as lease comparisons, market overviews and prospect or client presentations. You'll also provide clients with industry and market-specific information and maintain contact information on prospects as well as updating database and activities on our on-line platforms.
Our client transaction process will be central to your role. This involves:
Reviewing and analysing legal documents and other materials as part of project due diligence
Compiling market information and statistics on the local commercial real estate market
Conducting research to support presentation materials and reports
Using Excel to produce cash-flow projections, valuation models and sensitivity analysis
Contributing to local market research requests, such as market snapshots and overviews to support pitches and business development opportunities
Taking part in team meetings to update colleagues

Education and experience
A Degree in business, finance or real estate will be useful; ideally we are looking for candidates with experience in real estate brokerage and consultancy between one and three years, although we will consider also young talented people without specific experience, but with a strong commercial attitude and a curiosity and interest in real estate. A good working knowledge of English is essential.
An eye for details
You'll have an eye for detail, strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal and customer services skills.
An analytical mind
An ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information – and transform this into strategic deliverables – is key.
A natural communicator
Both written and spoken communication skills are vital and, of course, you'll be good at building team relationships and interacting effectively with business partners.
We'll expect you also to have great time management and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. You will be used to working with Excel, Power Point and Word.
An understanding of real estate fundamentals is important and you'll need a real estate broker's License. In case you don't have it, we will support you in obtaining that!
