A challenging position is now available within the Project and Development Services team, specifically for the Building Consultancy activities.
The Team, composed solely of Engineers and Architects, offers a wide range of technical services designed for end users as well as investors and developers, with the objective to manage every stage of the strategic, design and construction process related to development, construction and renovation projects for any type of building.

What this job involves
Completion of building inspections to enable the preparation of all main building surveying report types including schedules of condition and dilapidations, building surveys and defect analysis reports.
Documental analysis, CAPex estimation for existing buildings and new development projects.

Qualified as Civil or Construction Engineer or Architect (a real estate Master would be a plus)
Work experience of at least 5 years
Someone with a keen interest in the Built Environment
Organised and professional
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Someone who works as part of a small dynamic team and who can easily perform under pressure
Interested in and have a knowledge of sustainability
Completely proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools / AutoCAD / MS Project.
Fluent of English, both written and spoken, is necessary to fulfil the role successfully
