How does the Investor Centre work?

The Investor Centre is a global investment platform which provides access to JLL’s publicly as well as exclusively marketed investment opportunities. To find out how you can get the most out of the Investor Centre, its key features and understand the benefits you’ll receive when creating your account, take a look at our overview video and review any further frequently asked questions below.

Use the search bar on the Investor Centre homepage to search for opportunities by Keyword, Property type, Location, and Price. You can also use Advanced Filters to further refine your search.

As well as Keyword, Property type, Location and Price, the Advanced Filters offer the following search criteria:

  • Currency
  • Year Built
  • Remaining Term
  • Cap Rate
  • NOI
  • Area Size
  • Number of units
  • Tenancy: (Vacant, Single-Tenant, or Multi-Tenant)

Once you have found a property you are interested in, click through to display it the property page. Scroll down to view the Broker contact details for the Broker(s) listed on the property. There are two ways to contact a broker:

  • Click the “Contact <broker>” button to send an online message, or
  • Call the phone number displayed to directly reach a broker, the broker’s agent, or to leave a voice mail.

By creating an account on the Investor Centre, you will be able to access all that the site has to offer. You can save the listings you are interested or engaged in, and access private listings that a Broker has shared with you. 

You can also set up your investment preferences. These help us send you exclusive, targeted investment opportunities.

Creating an Investor Centre account unlocks additional features on this site, including:

  • access confidential information on a property you like through the Deal Room,
  • access “My Investor Centre” where you can manage your portfolio of properties,
  • save public properties you like to your portfolio, 
  • receive private listings from the JLL team/ broker,
  • setup your investment preferences, or Investor Criteria, including markets/locations, property type, target price range, etc.,
  • receive exclusive or targeted investment opportunities that meet your “Investor Criteria”, and
  • manage your personal Profile information including your phone number, password, etc.

A Private listing is an exclusive investment opportunity the JLL team has shared with selected investors whose Investor Criteria match the property being marketed. To receive Private listings, please create an Investor Centre account, and ensure that your contact details and Investor Criteria are up to date.

Once you have created an Investor Centre account, you should setup your investment preferences on the “Investor Criteria” page. You can indicate your investment preferences around property type, market locations, price range, building size and tenancy.

Once you save your preferences, your investment preferences are immediately available to the JLL global marketing team who can direct the right opportunities to you. Additionally, the JLL team can share private listings that match your investor criteria directly with you.

To access the Investor Criteria page, click on your name in the top right corner of the page. From there, select My Account and click on Investor Criteria. Click the Edit button to set your preferences.

On the login screen, click the Sign Up button. To create a new account, complete the following steps:

Step 1: On the new user registration form, enter all the fields, including your First Name, Last Name, Primary Phone, Company, Email address, Password, and Re-enter your new Password. 

Please make sure the new password you choose is secure and easy to remember. It must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 1 lowercase letter
  • At least 1 uppercase letter
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 8 characters
  • Does not contain part of your username

Once you enter all the required information, the Sign up button at the bottom will be activated. Before you click the “Sign up” button, review the JLL Terms of use and Privacy statement. 

Look for a message window displaying the following message from JLL, “To complete the sign up process, check your email for a verification link.” This indicates that your registration form was successfully submitted. 

Step 2: Look for an email from JLL with instructions on how to activate your account. Click on Activate account button or verification link.

Look for a message window displaying the following message from JLL, “Please wait while we log you in.” 

You will be automatically logged in to Investor Centre.

A Deal Room button on a property page indicates availability of confidential documents. The Deal Room feature allows the JLL team to share confidential documents with potential investors.

To access a Deal Room, you need to click on the Deal Room button, and follow the prompts:

  • Register / log into Investor Centre,
  • Follow instructions to Sign Agreement,
  • Gain access to the Deal Room.

To access exclusive documents related to the property that you are interested in, you will need to sign a confidentiality agreement. You will then be granted permissions to access the deal documentation.

To reset your password, click Forgot Password?. On the Reset Password Screen. Enter the email address that you used to register your Investor Centre account. Click “Reset via Email” button.

 Look for an email from JLL with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow those instructions to reset your password.
