Human experience was enhanced through portfolio-wide, high-touch facilities management services, including reception services, event planning, move services, and occupancy planning. White-glove concierge services and best-in-class technology tools were also implemented to make check-in and wayfinding seamless. To ensure that every individual working at or visiting the campus has a positive experience, a large team of highly trained staff serves as the first point of contact as well as subject matter experts for the headquarters campus.
