Skipping to virtual team wellbeing
JLL marketer gifts skipping ropes to colleagues.
With her Australian colleagues split into two groups – one working remotely, the other at the office – Bianca Docker figured what everyone needed was some good vibes.
So she gave them each a gift: the choice of metallic blue, gold or purple skipping ropes, along with tutorial links to help them on their way to skipping euphoria.
“I wanted to share a little wellness ritual that keeps me sane, and importantly doesn't require a gym membership or packing into a crowded spaces,” says Bianca, a marketing director at JLL in Sydney.
There has been an increasing focus on wellbeing in the workplace. “Wellbeing at work is important, whether you’re at work in an office or not.”
