Our Lease Administration services are scalable, with three levels of service available. Each of these offerings is fully supported and serviced by JLL specialists:

  • Flexible lease essentials – for organisations that do not require dedicated lease administration staff. It provides a cost-effective entry-point into portfolio management, incorporating analysis and management of essential critical lease data and events, as well as required reporting. This offer leverages CoStar’s Core Data technology.
  • Database management – includes the management and analysis of a comprehensive portfolio database. Leverages SOC1 certified service using JLL’s RED technology
  • Financial management – an enhanced solution including monthly reviews of landlord invoices. Savings are negotiated with the landlord and reported on quarterly
