In the last years, Torino has become an appealing destination for investors, recording since 2017 more than €1 bn of investment volumes in commercial real estate. The office take-up was considerable too, with a 5-year annual average of around 70,000 sqm: the most demanded areas are confirmed to be the central ones and the zones well connected to the subway.
